Who is responsible

Anaha Healing is a sole practice run by Sethulakshmi Sushil, who decides how your information is used and is the person you contact about it.

What she collects

• Your name, and the country you are in.
• Your WhatsApp or phone number, and your email address if you give one.
• What you tell her about what is troubling you — which may include information about your health, or the health of someone you love.
• Your messages with her, and any notes she keeps of the healing.
• A record of what you paid and when, if you become a paying client. She never sees or stores your card or bank details.

Why she has it

Only to provide the healing you asked for, to reach you about it, and to keep an honest record of the work. That is all. She does not use it for advertising, does not build profiles, and does not sell or rent it to anyone, ever.

Health information

What you tell her about your health is sensitive, and she treats it that way. She collects it only because you have chosen to give it to her so she can help, and she keeps it confidential. She will not discuss your case with anyone else without your permission.

Who else sees it

• Nobody, as a rule. She works alone.
• WhatsApp, if you message her there — your conversation lives on WhatsApp's service under their own terms and encryption.
• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives anything you submit through the contact form.
• A payment provider, if you pay for a healing. They handle the payment; she only sees that it was made.

Testimonials

The accounts published on this website appear only with the permission of the person who wrote them, and under initials or a first name rather than a full name. If yours is published and you later want it taken down, say so and it comes down — no explanation needed.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and does not track you across the internet. It does load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. That is the only third party involved in simply viewing this site.

How long she keeps it

Enquiries that do not become a healing are deleted within twelve months. Records of completed healings are kept while you remain in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that if you return she knows your history. Ask her to delete them sooner and she will.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask her for a copy of what she holds about you, ask her to correct it, or ask her to delete it. Write to her and she will do it — normally within thirty days, and at no cost.

Children

This website is not intended for children. Information about anyone under eighteen is only accepted from a parent or legal guardian.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.

Asking about your information

Contact her or message her on WhatsApp, and say that your question is about your information. She will answer it herself.
