What this is

Anaha Healing is a sole practice offering distance healing, run by Sethulakshmi Sushil. Everything is done remotely. There is no clinic to visit and no physical contact at any point.

Booking

You begin by telling her what is troubling you, on WhatsApp, by phone or through the contact form. She will offer you one free sitting so you can see for yourself. There is nothing to pay for that and no card details are taken.

If you choose to go on, you agree a start date and a daily hour with her directly. She works with a small number of people at a time, so a date is confirmed only once she has the room for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the main page in Indian rupees and UAE dirhams. You pay whichever applies to where you are. Payment is due before a healing begins, unless she has agreed otherwise with you.

Prices may change, but never for a healing already booked and paid for.

If nothing changes

If seven days pass and you feel no different, tell her. The next seven days are hers to give, at no charge. She would rather finish the work than keep your money. This is offered once per person and is at her discretion where it is being used unreasonably.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Tell her before the healing begins and she will move it or refund it in full. Once a healing has started, the days already sat cannot be refunded, though she will always try to find a fair answer if something has gone wrong in your life.

What she asks of you

• Tell her the truth about what is going on, including any medical treatment you are having.
• Keep to the hour you agreed where you can, and tell her when you cannot.
• Continue any medical care you are under.

When she may decline or stop

She may decline a request, or end a healing already begun, if she believes it is not right for you, if she is being asked to replace medical care, if someone is in crisis and needs urgent professional help, or if she is treated abusively. If she ends a healing she has begun, she refunds the days not yet sat.

Confidentiality

The words, images, certificates and design on this site belong to Anaha Healing and may not be copied or republished without permission. The published accounts belong to the people who wrote them and are used with their permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Anaha Healing's liability in connection with any healing is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to you is the one published when you booked.
